Last updated September 22, 2023 (“effective date”)These Terms and Conditions govern The Cosine’s 50/50 Raffle ("The Raffle”) conducted by Indirectly LLC, doing business as The Cosine ("The Cosine"), and apply to all participants (“Entrants”) in the Raffle. By participating in the Raffle, Entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.1. Eligibility:
a. "The Raffle" is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old.b. Any client who submits a project within the entry period via the 5050forms.thecosine.com, becomes eligible upon validation that the project is valid. Validity is determined by "The Cosine" staff in their sole discretion (see section 2).c. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of "The Cosine" are not eligible to participate in "The Raffle".d. Upon Validation of the project, at the sole discretion of "The Cosine" staff, a raffle ticket will be issued via electronic mail. Entrants must be able to provide the raffle ticket in order to be eligible to collect any prize.2. Validity:
a. Projects that are submitted via 5050forms.thecosine.com must exceed 2000 square feet in scope.b. The project must result in an official "Retainer Agreement" being created in conjunction with the Entrant.c. The Entrant must submit all project information requested by "The Cosine" staff. This includes AutoCAD floorplans, PDF architectural plans, Sections, and any other relevant documentation that "The Cosine" staff may request in order to validate the project.3. Entry Period:
a. The Raffle begins on September 29th, 2023 and ends on December 21st, 2023 at 11:59 AM CST (the “Entry Period”).4. Winner Selection:
a. The winner of "The Raffle" will be selected at random on December 21nd, 2023 (the “Drawing Date”).b. The drawing will take place on or about December 21nd, 2023, at "The Cosine" Corporate office.c. The drawing will be conducted by "The Cosine", and their decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to "The Raffle" are final and binding in all respects.d. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible "Entrants" received during the "Entry Period".5. Winner Notification:
a. Upon selection of a "Winner", the winning "Entrant" will be notified via email within 14 days of the "Drawing Date".b. The "Winner" must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the prize.6. Prize:
a. The prize for The Cosine’s 50/50 Raffle consists of a cash amount of $5,000 and a $5,000 donation to a charity of the "Winner's" selection.b. The cash prize ($5,000.00 USD) will be sent to the winner by US mail within 30 days after the winner has been notified and has accepted the prize.7. Disqualification:
a. "The Cosine" reserves the right to disqualify any "Entrant" or "Winner" who does not meet both the "Eligibility" and "Validity" requirements. Or an "Entrant" who has violated any of the rules and conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.b. "The Cosine" may refuse to award a prize to any "Entrant" who is found to be ineligible or in violation of the rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.8. General Terms:
a. "The Raffle" is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.b. By participating in "The Raffle", "Entrants" agree to allow their name to be published in connection with "The Raffle" and for promotional purposes without additional compensation.c. "Entrants" release Indirectly LLC, doing business as The Cosine, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to "The Raffle" and the use of "The Prize".d. Indirectly LLC and The Cosine reserve the right to modify or cancel the Raffle at any time without notice.e. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the "Entrants" and Indirectly LLC dba The Cosine regarding "The Raffle".By participating in "The Raffle", Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
